If the manufacturer service strategy envisages centralized repair of equipment within the entire region, and is also aimed at provision of a local contact with its clients and providing support to them, we may also be useful here. Logistics solutions of our service may ensure taking equipment from a client, initial operation test, sending to the centralized repair factory and returning the repaired equipment to the client. In addition, we also provide replacement of equipment for the period of repair or immediate on-site replacement of equipment if it is included in the manufacturer procedures. In the framework of this service, management of the manufacturer replacement equipment fund is ensured in our office.
